Who do we service?

We work with neurodiverse and chronically ill individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), CFS/ME, fibromyalgia, chronic pain conditions, and invisible disabilities.

Services for CFS/ME, hEDS, POTS, Fibro and other chronic illness

Services can include pacing techniques, pain management strategies, education, condition management, and task modification.

Telehealth is available. If you're unsure whether telehealth is right for you, feel free to reach out to discuss your needs.

OT services for teens and adults with autism and/or ADHD

OT sessions for teens and adult can support:
- Sensory issues: understanding sensory profiles

- Executive functioning: supporting executive functioning skills such as planning and organisation

- Daily living skills: enhancing skills for daily life such as sleep, meal planning, work/school, sleep, self-care, routines etc.

School-based sessions for children

School-based occupational therapy provides support within the school environment, helping students develop the skills needed for school participation, motor skills, and independence.

Assessments

Guidance Occupational Therapy Services offers assessment for children, teenagers and adults who experience neurodivergence. See the Assessments pages for more information.

Education

Guidance Occupational Therapy Services is able to provide individualised educational sessions based on your needs. These can include for educators and your school to support children.
