I’m Elena and I live in Adelaide, South Australia. I provide OT services in the North-East and Metro Adelaide. I am the founder and director of Guidance Occupational Therapy Services.

I’m an experienced occupational therapist who loves helping people make progress — whether that’s clients working toward independence or OTs seeking guidance, clarity, and confidence in their practice.

Since graduating in 2012, I have worked with children, teens and adults across various settings, including schools, homes, clinics, telehealth and workplaces. My approach is practical, neuroaffirming, client-centred, and tailored to each person’s needs.

I have had the experience and pleasure in mentoring OTs in different stages of their career to support their growth and development.

Philosophy

Guidance Occupational Therapy Services believes that occupational therapy should be functional and meaningful. We work with children, teens, and adults who may need support with sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, executive functioning, and daily living activities. We support those who have neurodivergent diagnoses and developmental concerns including Autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences and Specific Learning Disorders (dysgraphia and dyspraxia).
