SERVICE UPDATE:

Guidance Occupational Therapy Services will be closed from 12th June to 15th July. During this time, we will have limited access to emails and responses may be delayed.

• We are not accepting new referrals during this period

• Functional Capacity Assessments will resume from late July onwards and availability for services will commence late July 2026

• We currently have a waitlist for ongoing Occupational Therapy services, which will be reviewed based on location and reason for referral

• You can still complete a referral and triage form (see below)
